What is the Public Health 250 Symposium?
The Public Health 250 Symposium brings together public health professionals, community leaders, students, and partners from across Pennsylvania and beyond to connect, learn, and explore the future of public health.

When is the Symposium?
The Public Health 250 Symposium will take place on Thursday, September 24th and Friday September 25th, 2026.

Who should attend?
The symposium is open to public health professionals, health department staff, community organizations, students, educators, policymakers, and anyone interested in public health in Pennsylvania. 

What can I expect at the Symposium?
Attendees will have the opportunity to listen in at panel discussions, interactive sessions, networking opportunities, and conversations focused on current issues and emerging trends in public health.

Will there be a space available for me to take a phone call or brief meeting?
Phone call/ meeting space will be available to attendees in Metropolitan C.

What is the expected attire for the symposium?
Reccomended attire is buisness casual. 

What is included with registration?
Registration includes access to all symposium sessions, networking opportunities, and our exhibitor showcase. Dinner and dessert will be provided on Day 1 as well as breakfast and lunch on Day 2.

The Symposium will take place at the Hilton Harrisburg Hotel, in Harrisburg, PA.

All guests must provide their license plate information to the Hilton Harrisburg Front Desk to receive validated parking at the group rate. A photo of the license plate is recommended.

• Overnight guests: $20 per night. License plate information must be provided at the Front Desk on the day of check-in. Unlimited in-and-out access is included during the stay.

• Day guests: $10 per day for up to 10 hours. Validation must be completed at the Front Desk before leaving for the day. Guests attending multiple days must validate each day.

• Please allow 45–60 minutes before your parking time expires to complete validation and exit the garage.

• Important: If parking is not properly validated, guests may be responsible for paying the regular parking rate directly to the parking garage.
